Day thirteen - A warm welcome and a bicycly

Hello everyone! Welcome at Renmin University of China. My name is Lars - my chinese name is 拉尔斯, please call me Lars. I am very much looking forward to working with you. I come from Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein province which is in the northern part of Germany. This province is very famous for its beautiful coasts and landscapes, the delicious "Labskaus", and of course the unique people. You are very welcome to travel there and I can help you too.
I have chosen this course to improve my English and to lern somethink about marketing. My english is very bad. 我不知道还有什么要说...Thats it.

Kind of that, I heard today approximately 20 times... so, it was a really nice and warm welcome by my Chinese classmates ;-)


Yeah! My "new" bicycle, I got it for a 150 Yuan rent (for the whole semester) from one student I meet in the canteen here on the other day. Its a nice sporty, fast-going, steel-made, un-destroyable, old school, Giant. The price is rather high for such an old one here ;-) - but the quality is really ok. And so, I don't have to bother with what I will do with it at the end. Also a strong lock is included...
